How to avoid queues and waiting
If you purchase your Ticket in advance by telephone or over the Internet you can avoid queuing at the ticket office. You only have to print it out at home or pick it up from any store in the network before the festival.

Ticket collection requirements

When you come to collect your ticket, don't forget to read the collection requirements that Ticketmaster gave you when you bought it, and bring with you your national identity document, passport or any other document that can identify you, as well as the credit card which you used to purchase it and the purchase booking confirmation. If the credit card is not yours, don't forget to bring written authorisation from the owner.
